Ensure safe guarding policies and procedures are in place. Respond to disclosures and liaise with relevant authorities. Make referrals. Deal with concerns. Contact person with 31 8 (Safeguarding organisation). |
Understand the importance of the role in keeping volunteers, young and vulnerable people safe. You are organised, pay attention to detail. You have a heart for protecting the vulnerable. Have administrative skills and can use a computer. |

| Jailbreakers helper (11- 18’s) |
To assist the teacher in preparation and delivery of the lesson. To get alongside the young people so they feel welcome, comfortable and encouraged in their faith. To encourage the group identity. Share your faith in Christ. |
You have a heart to reach the next generation for Jesus. You will need DBS clearance. |
Once a month, Sundays during the service. |

| Welcome Team |
Welcome people arriving at church. Link people up with relevant others. Farewell to people leaving church. Distribution of offering baskets. Attendance counting. Give out welcome bags to newcomers. Operate Ipad on welcome desk. |
You are a people person. You look out for and welcome newcomers. You’re good at making people feel comfortable. You know who to connect people with. You are confident operating an Ipad or are willing to be trained. |
Sunday services on rota (frequency depends on size of team). |

| Prayer Team Leader |
Pray with people on a Sunday morning. Attend prayer meeting. Share with others what God is saying. Gather a prayer team for Sunday mornings. |
You have a heart for prayer. You have an active prayer life where you hear from God and can encourage others. You may have a prophetic gifting. You have a heart to see others restored. |
Sunday morning prayer meeting between 9.15&10am. |
Elders |
| The Well Café Servers |
Set up refreshments. Chat to guests and visitors (heart for evangelism). Clean and tidy away afterwards. |
Be a welcoming face. Know how to use the well equipment. Have a heart to engage and encourage people. Be willing to pray with people. |
Tuesday and Thursday 10am-1pm initially (or other days as volunteers allow). |
Elders or current team of volunteers |
| Repair Café Volunteers |
Repairers - Use your gifts and resources to repair items people bring. |
Have a missional heart. Enjoy making connections with people and draw them closer to Jesus. Use your gifting to repair items while engaging with the individual. Be a friendly face, welcoming and chatting to guests. |
First Saturday in the month. 9.30- 1pm |

| Kitchen Cleaning |
Deep clean kitchen to maintain standards of hygiene required. | Happy to serve others through practical tasks. You pay attention to detail. |

| Food for Talk and Tucker |
Buy, cook and serve food to the youth on a Friday night alongside a partner server. | You enjoy cooking food for others. You have a heart to help encourage young people in their faith. You enjoy supporting others in the team. |

| Drivers | Transport people to and from church on Sundays or to other groups during the week. | Willing to be called upon when required. Willing heart to enable others participate in church life. DBS clearance may be required. |

| Musicians | To play alongside others in the worship group. To enhance, enable and engage people in sung worship. Option to attend the worship team thrive group. |
Have a gift in singing or the playing of an instrument. Have a love of worship through song. Be a worshipper. |

Set up before the service. Serve refreshments after the service. Wash up. |

| Ukraine Hub Hosts / Befrienders |
Open up the building. Set up refreshments in the Well and serve to guests. Chat to people. |
